I would start by checking your starter, alternator, and battery. First, use a voltmeter to check to voltage at the terminals of the battery.
Generally, a healthy battery at around 100% state of charge should read around 12.6 volts or higher.
Around 12.1 volts means your battery has about 50% charge, while 11.5 volts or lower means your battery is almost completely discharged.
Do this right about 2 hours after your car has been sitting after a long(ish) drive, and also when it has been parked for a day or so. See if there is any difference. Your battery should not discharge dramatically on its own unless there is something in the car draining it slowly over the course of a couple days or weeks, or the battery is failing.
