even if he have braked hard...the rear should always keep safe distance...
anyhow...look at the angle of bolan ...he should be held culprit ...they normally have the habit of getting literaly ON front cars...

^yes good round-off new bumper....new rear left side tail light's...trunk and rear-left fender needs repairing...
