Ad Post - Support Required by Admins/ Moderators

Dear Admins/ Moderators,

I posted an ad of my vehicle (Ad Ref # 1288103) on September 26, 2015.

After an instance I posted my ad, I received an email from Pakwheels that the system has detected duplicate ad posted by myself, and that the duplicate ad is removed.

Fine, no problem (Although I did not post any duplicate ad)...

But after this action, I cannot edit my original ad. Neither I can see this in "my ads" section. I have written to Pakwheels support team four times to help resolving my issue, but there is a complete silence at the other side.

Please see if you can help me to resolve my issue.
