Ad Posted With My Number Without Consent

So this happened:
1. Two days ago: I start receiving password messages/calls from PakWheels. I ignore them.
2. Today morning: again messages on password reset. I ignore.
3. Then people start calling/texting about a Corolla ad posted from my number.
4. After a few calls, I tried looking for pakwheels support but found nothing.
5. Then logged in via my number (and a code I got) and lo and behold there is a 2015 Corolla ad for 2.9 lac. I disable it.

How did this happen? Did it happen to anyone else?

I did not give the code to anyone, nor did anyone ask for it.

you confirmed in 1st post that there has been messages & calls before the actual add appeared. - but you ignored.

The account creation via cell number is verified through a code (OTP), without which nothing proceeds further. Please check your messages history to see if some friend or any other person having access to your phone has fiddled around . In any case please feel free to contact PakWheels
