Adam Revo in Isloo

Hi All, Finally I am able to spot a Revo in Isloo. Here are the pics of the car.The car looks superb

I've seen three in Isloo so far. One white, one red and one bluish grey.
I feel the wheels look smaller in proportion to the body.

Excellent work Xain Bhai. BTW, my name is also Zain. Jinnah Super Market, my old home town market. Yes, the car looks amazing, specially with matching bumpers. You can tell that this car is bigger than mehran, since the factory tires are same size as for mehran, but this car definately can use bigger rims, and the wheel wells seem like they are made to accomodate bigger rims. atleast 13 inch radials. Currently it has 12 inch, those look small. Otherwise this car looks like Some Nice IMPORT, but I do have confidence in our abilities and can make cars that look as good as Imports or even better. Insha-Allah this car will be exported soon and give Pakistan a name in field of Engineering and be known as Car making country.

And the people who were complaining about the poor finish. Where do you see poor finish on this finally delivered product. Yes the plastic stripping looked awkward in the Pre-Production model, but this Red Revo Rocks. No doubt. Beutiful car with a nice fit and finish job. Good work Adam Motors.

I think wheel wells are for 14 inch radials.
Mr.datzburier would you please comment as to why is the need of such large wheel wells? ... what effect would it make on handling and fuel consumption if we use 14 inch radials?

there is nothing wrong with wheel wells here, the owner has put in smaller profile tyres, thats why they are looking odd. wheel well for 14, no way. civic, corolla, spectra, Optra, sunny, Lancer have wheel wells for 14 tyres and u can compare the difference yourself

From a semi-engineer's (LoL) point of view, I would say, 12" wheels are a better choice for smaller engine cars for the reason of fuel effieciency. Don't know why, but all over the world, if you see Ford Focus's hatch back, almost the size of Revo, but it has 14" tires, but since it has bigger engine I think atleast 1300CC or 1600CC, but that car has big wheels. One reason could be maximum torque utilization, since bigger engine produce more horsepower and more torque, the bigger wheels are necessary to use all that power efficiently, and gives car a little bit of speed, but at the cost of Low fuel effieciency. Similarly if you put, 14" wheels on a car with just an 800CC engine it will require more Torque to move and hence be LESS fuel efficient.

just like if a child puts BIGGER shoe size than what fits him comfortably, he will look BIG, from the feet atleast, but will need more energy to move but will have a stronger grip of the ground(Torque) than with smaller shoes.

@Gujrati Brother, Yes, this is really a nice car, and also the best bargain for the price. Not only does it have a more comfortable ride, and handling, the parts for Revo are also 30% to 40% cheaper than Mehran. This car is going to be Huge Hit. Its already making a big impact.

About the delay in its delivery, thats mainly due to SUPPLIERS. They are caught up supplying, Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, etc. Adam Motors can not be blamed for the delay, they did not anticipate so much Demand for the car. They will probably sell more than expected. At first they were projected just 5,000 orders a year, but seems like they are getting alot of response than expected. No worries, Adam Motors has install capacity of manufacturing 12,000 cars a year at this point, while working double shift. They are already on double shift, and try to supply all these cars for the confirmed orders.
Just wish they could get this Supplier delay issue resolved. Even in US, the Supplier usually are the main problem of production delays, trust me, I work in a logistics firm and know this...

It needs bigger tires in back which should be no problem as it looks like fwd or fender skirts or something. You can see the road through the rear wheel wells.
