This is Tariq Hassan sharing our experience of recent trip to naran kaghan, we group of 10 friends just planned 5D/4N trip to Naran-Kaghan this EID on Bikes. Yes On Bikes 
from Lahore. We had 5 Hondas 125 in LUSH condition.
Day 1: - (20th July)
We just gathered at 7 AM and did fueling in our bikes at PSO, Barkat Market and left Lahore at 8.30AM and reached Jhelum around 2PM and did lunch at Friend's Nursery. Left for RWP around 3.30PM, wore rain coat, enjoyed Rain on bikes and reach RWP, did the fueling at Petrol Pump near Bahria Phase 8 and left for Haripur through Peshawar Road and reach Hasan-abbdal at around 8.30PM and bought our dinner from abbotabad road and moved towards Farm house of our friend in Heavy Rainy night. Butt Saab Farm House was almost half KM from main abbotabad road and road to farm house was very KACHA and in heavy rain it feels more like Wrong Turn Scenes because of a flooded NALA on our way to FARM House. Well Reached Farm Hosue safely and it was hell of fun during that day and a perfect start of this adventrous trip.
Day 2: - (21st July)
Got awakened at 6 AM, eat breakfast of naan-paratha in Haripur restaurant at around 11 AM and then started our journey towards Naran (200 Km away from haripur), taking some rest at abbotabad and Mansehra, we just reached Balakot at 6PM and took rest for half an hour and then moved towards naran at around 6.30PM and reached Kaghan at 8.30 PM and could not go further as everyone was very exhausted so booked a room in a guest house for 2000/Night. Took rest for whole night and eat our dinner from Kaghan, played LUDO, had FUN and told everyone to awake 6AM in the next morning.
Day 3: (22nd July)
Awake at 6AM in the morning, got everyone ready & left for Naran at 8 AM and reached naran at 9.30 AM by staying at one point for photography on our way to naran. Naran was full Jam Packed with the tourists and wasted almost 2 to 3 hours in search for parking of our bikes and then rented a Jeep(10,000 for whole pkg) from 1 PM till 5 AM in the next morning(Had to visit Lulusar Jheel, Pyala Jheel, Lalazaar and then had to go back to Saif ul Malook at 7 PM for whole night camping and then had to return Naran at 5 or 6 AM in the morning), but we just got late and couldn't manage to go Lalazaar and then return half way from Lalazaar at 6.30 PM for camping at Saif ul Malook. After returning to naran from Lulusar Jheel, we just could not go for saif ul malook as Roads were blocked due to rain and heavy traffic so it just got ruined our plan of camping at Sail ul Malook then we booked a room in naran @ 1500 per night near parking stand and asked our JEEP WALA to come at 5AM in the early morning for visit to Saif ul Malook. Did some shopping from Naran Bazar, eat Karahi in dinner from Gujranwala Restaurant and took whole night rest in naran.
Day 4: -
Awake at 5AM and as usual got late and left for Saif ul malook at around 7 AM and reached Saif ul Malook at 8 AM and we had only 1 and half hour to enjoy. Weather was not good during that day and did some photography during that foggy and rainy morning and return to Naran at 10.30 AM and Some BOYSIS did more shopping for their families (and for GFs 
as well) and then started back our journey to Balakot and reached Kewai at 3 PM, eat Trout Fish and then reached Balakot at 5.15 PM , just checked for Faisal Gujjar Bus service to get our bikes builty to Lahore as everyone was too much exhausted and could not travel further on Bike. Last Bus just left at 5.30 Pm and they couldn't managed any seat for us. then left for mansehra and checked for Niazi Express at around 8PM, just could not found any seat for us on Niazi as well then somehow they arranged TOYOTA Saloon for us and some other waiting passangers and got our bikes builty on Niazi Express and left for Lahore at almost 12.30 AM.
Day 5: -
Travelling on Saloon was one of our Baddest Experience as AC was not working well and Driver was so THANDA that we reached Lahore at 11 AM in the morning at LARRI ADDA , got out bikes from Niazi Adda and did Breakfast at 2 PM at GOGA NAQIBIA and everyone reached home safely at 4 PM.

Rough estimate: -
5 Bikes Tunning, Service, Engine Oil Change and Fueling = 5 x 4000 = 20,000
Jeep Rent = 10,000
Meal Expenses = 4000/day = 20,000
Bikes Bulity = 1500/Bike = 7500
Mansehra to Lahore ticket of Niazi Express = 1000/person = 10,000
Per Head: - 6500 PKR
