Guys I want to buy a plot 5 marla or 8 marla in Islamabad or rawalpindi. I have heard alot about bahria towns. I want to buy plot now and construct house in 3 to 4 years. Bahria town is really load shedding and crime free?Any other suggestions for me? My budget is like maximum 1.5 millions or 15 lac.

bahria town phase 8 is good, you can get 10 marla plot in 30-40 lac depends on location.
What is the development scenario in phase 8? I mean hospitals, markets, population, security?
Also tell me reputation of royal city?
security is top notch & there are hospitals & proper markets & population is increasing day by day. & i'll advice you to not fall in any trap like royal city etc etc. the only proper housing schemes are bahria & dha.
i would say that bahria phase 8 is the future its more beautiful & proper than phase 7 the starting sectors ( overseas sectors & A , B ) of phase 8 is almost booked.
