nissan ghandhara no longer services or sells car only trucks as far as i know, nissan motors will give no service for it now, are you even aware of a dealership that currently sells nissan cars yet alone a 3S one? parts are not cosmetic parts but mechanical related, stuff like suspension components, even consumable serpentine belts and brake pads will be hard to find original and if any electric trouble or any sensor issue arises then it'll be a pain to fix, its a particularly old car and if the engine starts to get weak or radiator issue etc any overhauling will not be possible etc. one can think of many things to go wrong if you intend to keep the car for any reasonable period.
Mark x at least has better parts availability and they are more common so definitely better resale, if cruise control and sunroof are your primary concerns get a accord CL9 you can find one with both in this price.
it'll be much harder to sell a cefiro, there were a couple of adds last time i looked and all were old and had been place in like for 4-6 months still no idea if sold or not.very limited market for it, it will be like selling off brand alloy wheels since you have experience with that.
