Advice required for roadtrip from pindi to Sudhan gali

AOA Pak wheelers and roadies
I am planning a road trip with family from pindi to sudhan gali (Azad Kashmir) this weekend. Advice required from Pak Wheelers about the following.
1. Route to take?
2. Hotels booking. Should i book in advance or can do it when i reach there? whats a good hotel there for a family of four?
3. Trip duration (in days) and what are the places to visit?

Of course you should book it when you reach there. What's the fun in booking a hotel in advance on a location that's 7-8 hours away?
