Advise needed on selling mehran 2004 AC + CNG

I have mehran 2004 AC + CNG model and i want to sell it but following is the major problem only:

Gear is very hard and stuck some times
Shocks looks like dead recently as now i have started feeling hard jerks
AC is not used from 4 years and not giving cooling
a sound is coming from passenger front seat when car shakes a little
there is crack on front bumper
Ceiling heat protecting sheet is torned from 5 to 6 places (all small done by children)
Bottom of my car from passenger side is pressed (Dent) 5 inches.. may be due to large stone....however it is not visible much....

Should i need to fix these or go for direct selling my car????? or fix any of above problem or any reasonable solution for any of above matter.????

All depends on you if you can afford to fix these .. but i would suggest to sell it .. as it almost 13 years old now ... if you can afford another car even second hand from 2010 model or above ... sell it nd buy new one becoz fixing these does not mean you would not have other problems again ... it will keep on causing more problems .
