Advise required by Rx-8 experts

My friends Rx-8's clutch is very hard to push although its not slipping . When he showed it to the mechanic he said the clutch needs to be replaced . So is this the sign that the clutch needs to be replaced and if yes who is the Best mecahnic in Karachi for this......

most of guyz who drove rx8 1st tyme say this clutch is hard may b same case with shazim friend's

We've replaced RX8 clutches, the pedal is a little harder than normal, but not very hard, and it uses a very odd ceramic type plate. Replacing one of these requires extensive cleaning with denatured alcohol first, or it will burn out on first contact. I have one of them available with me, replacing it is a little pain if you dont have a proper lift and tranny jack. Need to disassemble the whole underbelly to extract the diff brace.

Aristocars has the proper tools and lift for such a job.

my uncle had a very low mileage 6 speed manual rx8
since day one he always had one complain that the clutch is hard.
and everytime i had to explain to him performance cars have a heavy clutch.
dont compare to a honda/toyota clutch.

please keep that in mind
