well to tell you the truth, these Ravi Bridge guys are a pain in the ***, they actually have a very fine screw driver with them and they just punch the digit 1 making it seven or I making an L etc etc, they will then confiscate the car in DAFA 550 for driving a tempered vehicle.This actually happened to a guy who is a frequent traveller, they asked him to give em some money , on refusal they asked for book of the car, and told him to poen the bonnet. as he opened the bonnet they punched the chasis number and after that he was on road.
got the car back after paying 30,000 as bribe and we also lost the Stereo , spare tire and JAck etc.
So my friend as an advice I recommend you to Hire a Very good lawyer and make an arrangement to the level of session court, make a police report ,write that I checked with ETO and i relied on the record of the ETO office. Either hand me over my car or jail the previous owner. because the very previous owner is helping you out and he also transferred the car to you than automatically his previous owner will be in trouble. The Judge will inform the police to jail the main seller. Until and unless someone is in lockup, you wont be getting your money back.
