AE100 5A-FE cold idle problem

Another question about ignition timing.
When I bought the car, it's distributor fully turned clockwise (maximum advance). then I tried with turn little bit anti-clock. engine rpm got reduced. But then I had reduced fuel economy.

long distance fuel consumption is 14kmpl without ac, short - 10-12kmpl
Car is manual gear

i have a Toyota ae110 of 1996 model with 5afe engine and 5afe ECT ECU.
My cars idle rpm automatically goes down stuck to 750. I"m facing stalling/ vibration when ac is on. i have tried to increase idle rpm by adjusting screw in throttle body and rpm increased to 9000. but after few hours it automatically drops to 750.
i have cleaned the throttle body but same thing happens.
what could be the problem here?
can anybody help me to solve this problem...plz
