I would say revo eyes closed, for making it comfortable one would need new suspension but thats a whole different story. All suspension brands like iron man arb etc their springs are harder than stock springs so they will not soften the ride.
Only suspension kit out there which will make it soft is kings suspension kit. But it will cost 6-10 lacs .
Custom order kit with lenear/progressive valving so all small bums and pothole are super soft and absorbed.

If not kings than fox is next choice.

How would you rate the ride's comfort with king's suspension as compared to SUV's ride comfort?

I have consulted arb and other shock dealers abroad, conclusion was their springs are harder than stock springs so no ride improvements.
Arb has adjustable shocks as well but price difference between them and kings is less..
Secondly almost everyone says kings Suspension setting gives cloud like feel.

I have done extensive research in past few months and made up mind for kings.

Lastly this is also a fact that it still won't be as comfortable as a prado, I don't have idea of 2006-08 models but 2011 and above are pretty comfortable.

I don't find the revo uncomfortable being bouncy is its drive dynamic and it's fun to live with vehicle

I wanted to get it full customized and make it look like a mean machine but comfortable also.. wanted to do my research before I pull the plug on this idea.. will have to go through usual 2 numberies of people before I can find a really good SUV. If I cannot find one, I would be happy with Customized Revo.

noidea about the weight of bull bar / Hammer but I think getting those accessories should increase overall weight of the vehicle and may be push the vehicle down a bit so it is not bouncing over every pothole..

From the front. Known as nose heavy. Now this will create more problems in a revo. Already more weight at the front. That is why when u buy a suspension the experts always ask whether you have installed a bull bar or winch? They then give you the springs accordingly...
