After Engine Overhauling

Atif bhai need some assistance...
My car is 2012 altis 1zr-fe engine
Im facing a strange oil reducing problem after 82k odo... Right now its 107k on the odo
Since start im using toyota tin pack jap imported oil 10w30 with toyota oil filter.
My car is reducing oil n reduction start after 2k oil run n color starts changing too... Now main issue there are no signs of oil from exhaust neither any sort or blue or white smoke during cold start,high revives or at any time... No smoke at all.... Air intake manifold is fully oily whenever i inspect it... Blowby is normal i checked a new corolla it was exactly same like mine from oil cap area... No smoke from that area too !

What could be the issue ??
Didn't went for wet test bt dry compression was between 120 to 125 psi in all 4 cylinders ! So what do u suggest what should be done !

May be the PCV is creating this issue as ur intake is oily.. plz change it..

Changed pcv bt the problem still persists !
When removed the intake manifold... Noticed that the intake valves were fully black n sticky... Carbon + oil !
Any chance of valve seals being the culprit ??

please confirm it that ur car is not giving blue smoke at cold start up..
excessively wornout valve seals can also cause oil in intake. plz do the wet compression test .. it will confirm that it is not the wornout rings that is causing excessive blow by leading to oily intake.

Noticed too many times both in summer n now-a-days....
No blue smoke at all not even a lil lil bit !

inspect from where the oil is coming into intake..
check the pcv hose for excessive oil. if its not the pcv hose then its definitely the valve seals causing this problem.

the oil consumption issue should not happen at just 82k in a modern engine.
what is ur oil change interval?

Nops no issue of overheating n no cng installed.. its on petrol since day one !
Im using toyota tin pack jap imported n oil change interval in strictly 5000 km !
However i used liqui moli engine flush plus at 80k n the oil reduction started after that even after carefully folowing the instructions of flush !

you dont need to flush the engine if u are changing the oil at regular intervals.
obviously this engine flushing created problem most probably wornout valve seals..
If the oil reduction is not severe then regularly top of the oil. otherwise use a higher viscosity oil or change your valve seals.

Yes... Im writing the mileage,color n reduction levels now... Will decide what to do after this 5000km interval
! I feel the decrease in power a little bit so i'll go for permanent solution !

Thanks dear but my machanic ask for crank shft repairing around 18000 thousand yarr

.... the price must be increased but not much as your mech asking .... may be that should be around 6-7k enough ... your mech asking for complete engine overhauling ... am just telling you the crank shaft dissembling balancing repair and fitting cost ... i-e not including the engine open dismounting etc cost ... 15k to 16k in ok ....

I recently done rings ...valve seal and gasket job for 14k. .in 4efe

After turning on the engine i noticed by removing the pcv pipe from the intake side that its not pushing the pressure built inside even after changing the pcv valve !
So should i assume that pcv hose is blocked from the inside of engine block ?

PCV valve is installed at the TOP ( as in tappet cover) which connects to the manifold through a Tube, ask your mechanic ONLY to remove tapper cover & check for any sludge deposit blocking the passage.

manifold intake for PCV is indeed at firewall side while the valve itself is over the tappet cover under the plastic cover with Toyota & VVTI written in steel finish
