if this would ,God forbid, ever come here in PK.... people would say ..... lo g , itni mehngi bike hi leni hai to is se achha nahi kay Mehran le lain 
by the way, it only has two tires that would differentiate it from a car, otherwise, in my opinion it is "almost " a car... i mean it even take space somewhat equal to a hatchback car while parking !
