Air conditioner problem in Mehran

I have observed that when Mehran 800 CC stuck in traffic while its AC turned on the car gets heat up is their any solution

Bhai we bought Mehran 11 years ago since that time we r planing to install ac in it but is k chotey say engine ko dekh ker koi bhe is me ac install karnay se sharam khaye ga yar is bechare me to cng he nahe hone chahye aur hum isme cng lagwa ker phir ac chalatay hain itna zulm no way If anybody want to have a car with ac it should be not less than 1000cc

saleem bhai mehran ka fan atumatic karao 1st starting set ho jai gii then generator ka current weak to nahi ata....yeh check karao ....radiator ka water full kar lia karo...cng kit ki setting karao ....or check kr kay batao ...

If the engine of your car is ok and you are using genuine radiator change it to desi 3 nali one and i think you will like the results.

Change Radiator to Double Tube and use Coolant and High Speed Fan. For new car go for Corolla as its AC chills i used Civic Exi its AC was awful while Corolla Rocks even after 250 kkm

AoA Brother, no need to worry about.. I have installed a KABLI Sanden SD-705 compressor in my Suzuki Mehran 2001. This compressor comes in company fitted Alto & Cultus, but u know in Pakistan everything works. My A/c technician told me that it could be installed in Mehran, Coure, Bolan etc.

I myself installed the compressor & the technician altered the brackets & all that stuff, & now the cooling is ver very good..

My opinion is that u must install a Sanden SD-705 compressor, I bought it in Rs. 7,300. If u will buy a new one then it will cost u more than 16k, so just install the KABLI one.. =) If u have any further problems then contact me at 0331-351-4563.. I have all solutions for ur car problems in Air-Conditioning..

Maintain these rules in ur mind so that u can get more efficient cooling,

1. Service ur Radiator with Hard Acid.
2. Get a Good Coolant.
3. 6 Spokes fan with full speed
4. Thermostat Valve to get better cooling & heating issues.

I Think this is u can only do it..

es, the Air conditioner of suzuki mehran is not that good. I have re-adjusted it from many mechanics but it don’t show performance. Furnace Replacement It take a lot of time to cool the car. It is very hot here so i think if you are in a warm area and you cannot stay without air conditioner then dont go for suzuki mehran. other than that, it is a good car.

get a 12 blade spal or bosch fan - run it through twin relays and a snubber coupled along with a 0.2 Ohm 100 watt or 75 watt resistor to prevent burning it up.

Another mod I like for mehrans is to place the compressor where the alternator is and place the alternator where the compressor is; make a shroud for the compressor too. Works like a charm everytime - the headpressure drops dramatically

you would have to do it yourself - as I dont think any mechanic would want to do that for you as its too finicky for them, I would do that for you but I am not in Pakistan - my return would be next summer at least.

but it works and sounds super super nice (toofan under the bonnet)

you can also just buy a used spal or bosch 12 blade puller fan wire it to a standalone relay system (not peel, tape and tuck - it should be crimped, soldered and professionally wrapped) and connect the negative of the fan to the negative battery cable lug on the car body.

the compressor placement can be done by an A/C shop if they have fabrication tools
