are all filters available on Mi flagship stores?

Nope. The flagship store in Karachi only has the anti bacterial filter. They weren't even aware of the H13 filter when I inquired lol. I guess it's not available in Pakistan at all.

However, I've seen some people getting the original H13 filter when they bought the Mi 3H air purifier from aliexpress. I haven't searched but if the H13 filter can be bought separately on aliexpress then that would be great I guess.

Yes which is why i mentioned earlier that countries with good AQI have much higher life expectancy than those countries with regularly 150+ AQI. Unfortunately many of parhay likhay log have no idea what this AQI is in fact they laugh about it.

Because of customs issues, also it may cost more than local xiaomi stores
Parcels are delayed already because of corona so I'm skeptical..

I did research, OEM cabin filter does the job very well, but costs more then aftermarket filters,
so didn't buy car purifier..
