Myth

Patients like us are already hypersensitive, air purifier isn't going to affect that

Point is
To avoid allergen, you should spend max time possible in purifier
Like 1/24 hours in purifier isn't going to do anything
But like 18/24 hours or more can help
Simple equation is, more time spend in purifier, lower the allergen exposure will be, more time spent outside, higher the allergen exposure, allergen exposure is directly proportional to severity of symptoms

as for now, cetirizine hydrochloride, prednisolone and montelukast sodium, reltus DM syrup also, but prednisolone had a lot of side effects, weight gain and obesity, a lot of sweating and fatigue, now tapering it down and will stop it soon

actually, there are many, but in the end, it comes down to the severity of your symptoms, like in my case, situation is still 50-50

I think my disease is very severe
What is your experience regarding using face mask outside is it work

Using Indoor Forest air purifiers as well as Xiaomi .. I have 2 Xiaomi ones and 5 Indoor Forest ones all over my house.
Indoor Forest are easier to operate and the filters are just 1600-1700 each so its much more affordable ...my parents cannot use the app to adjust speed of Xiaomi ones... I got the indoor forest units first time for 16,000 then next time I got more for 16,900 each.
I have compared with my PM2.5 monitor. Performance of both Xiaomi and Indoor forest is the same as both use HEPA filters.
Highly encourage you to go for the Indoor Forest ones because they are easier to operate, very effective, and
have warranty. We should support local startups if they are offering a good experience.
