Thanx all of u.yes please eleborate how it works on 12v.becoz i am using inverter and using a fridge compressor.its giving power but not enough to support the load at peak point.

you trying to make a hopper or just giving it the ability to adjust hardness and softness of suspension and ride height?

instead of a fridge compressor use a car A/C compressor like I mentioned - the sanden units have their own oil sumps hence you will not have problems of lubrication and they can pump quite good - infact far far better than your fridge system would do. They only have one wire to engage the magnet clutch to start working.

btw - plz answer what Margallar is asking - that really plays an important role.

yes its a hydrollic like thing which can adjust ride hight and softness and hardness of suspension.origional system costs above 2 lacs but the system we are making costs 50 to 60 k.

but zulfikar sahab if i use ac compressor, where i have to fit it becoz i am already running ac on car and if i fit another compressor in it it gives much load to the engine and belts.what u say???

developed by citroen and later famous in the s class. beautiful technology. hydropneumatic suspension. stiffness of a sport suspension and comfort of a very soft one. automaticaly adjusts ride height tho.

hopping thing will be tooo complex using a compressor like this...u need heavy machinery to lift car up and down that fast (the way u see in NFS underground 2, level 3 hydraulics like in following picture )

he's just wanting ride height adjustment like in prado, land cruiser, etc etc...i dont know how hardness/softness can be done using a simple air compressor system...maybe xulfiqar tell more?

i had air suspension in my 2006 civic back in 2007, installed it for 4 months, complete waste of time, money, and energy. Go for shock hydraulics and you'll be much happier. Always air leaks and stupid problems had me occupied.

I'd never suggest air suspension to anyone, and being experienced first hand this is liable suggestion to anyone considering it.

why not buy a compreesor deigned for air ride kit its going to cost less then the ac or fridge compressor mod
