Air Travel with Used Spare Parts

Anyone having experience to Travel along with some used Spare Parts. The Things I am looking for

1) Restrictions by Airlines
2) Restriction by Pakistani Authorities
3) Custom Duty & Clearance at Airport(How to calculate for used ones though i think for new it 35%)
4) Any other Pre Requisites to fulfill.

In Short I want to bring along with me a used Catalytic Converter with Oxygen and Fuel Ratio Sensors through Qatar Airways. If there are no hassles i will further add a Power Steering Pump, a condenser and 4 numbers of 265X70 R16 Tyres. Dear PWs Please enlighten with your experience..

as long as the parts are properly packed and clear the luggage scanner before boarding counter those are safe for checked-in luggage there is no problem. over any airline stuff carried in cabin baggage is for strict rules n multiple stage scanning before allowed into cabin

Luggage Scanner at the drop down belt? where they are checking the weights and issuing boarding pass. Before boarding Counter there are scanners?

Sure will do that, but what about the clearance at Lahore Airport any idea, Custom & Duties. Just trying to do home work and get benefited by PWs user who may be gone or experienced that Scenario.

Update : I carried used Catalytic Converter for civic through Qatar Airways. Landed Lahore Airport and as expected during the luggage Scan the pin pointed the box in which I was carrying it. I told the Custom Officer whats in it but he insisted to open it. There first impression was parts were not allowed at all and even the old one no way and that is need to be confiscated. I showed them the document shared above but of no use. As they insist even its allowed then this is not the right channel to carry. As there is no provision of spare parts in luggage rules as per FBR document they were showing to me. I was expecting that they demand heavy tax/duty to get it cleared or negotiate but contrarily they just said it would be confiscated. At last i had given up and told them to go ahead to confiscate but i a very polite manner. At that moment they told please take it and dont travel with those things in future. So it took 15 minutes to clear without any legal money or bribe. The next Step is to install it as it is coming from a different region of the world. Alhumdulillah that went smooth as well.
