I have travelled very frequently inland and on a few occasions abroad so here is my review
PIA. Worst service rude staff and highest fares
Airblue. Ok service. Good cabin staff and ok fares
Serene. Ok service. Excellent cabin staff but high fares. There is one more thing about serene. Their 737 cabins are noisy, strange but true
Shaheen. I had an excellent experience with and it used to be my mist preferred airline

Travelled thrice abroad
PIA worst. Never recommended
South china bad services
Thai air. Best so far, best services, best cabin services
Thats all i have experienced, share your experiences for educations of others.

Worst = Kenya Airlines (while coming back from Dubai). I thought I am going to die anytime. The cabin was noisy like these vehicles.

Best = Lufthansa (traveled once) and Emirates (traveled three to four times).

We were short on money but had to travel back and it was somewhat the cheapest but the scariest too

Have traveled with PIA a couple of times but I don't remember much except for a dish they used to serve named Green Gosht (meat) and it was hell delicious.

I live in UAE so I'm a frequent traveller in between the route Dubai to Karachi, frequently travelled with Emirates. I'd say best in aviation industry and best business class suites.

Alternatively travelled with Flydubai as well and once with AirArabia, as budget airlines both are good however I prefer a boeing so I'd go with FlyDubai.

Travelled with Thai Airways, best in class, the 747 is amazing, on-time.

If travelling business class, I always prefer to select Qatar Airways however as it is not available from Dubai anymore, I'd prefer Emirates.

Etihad, is also good but not preferred over Emirates. The seats are not wide enough in business class, prefer the row seating in Emirates more which is 1-2-1.

Travelled to Islamabad in 2015 from Karachi in PIA. It was OK.
Travelled from Karachi to Gizan via Dubai in flydubai. Service was awful. Seats were like bricks. Everything was so damn expensive.
Again travelled from Karachi to Gizan via Sharjah in Air Arabia. Service was like Flydubai but let me tell you an interesting story on my flight. There was this tall handsome and rich Arabian man onboard in Air Arabia. Being a low cost airline, every single thing is paid and expensive. He called one of the flight attendant and asked her to distribute everything for free I will pay the bill. He was the most generous person I have ever seen.
Travelled from Karachi to Gizan via Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi airline.
Service is good but those 777 give me nightmares. When they take off, the panels inside are literally shaking, flight crew is average.

British Airways has announced flights to Lahore while Pegasus from Turkey has announced flights to Karachi. I hope BA comes to Karachi soon
