Don't forget Sushi and live Octopus that moves inside your tummy, even after you've munched it.
Sushi is very famous all over the world
It's not that Pakistan is dirty, it's the way we were brought up.
If you do happen to visit a not so educated area, the Mother, she has a dupatta. It is used to wipe plates before using them, cleaning the snot on their kids nostrils and boogies, to wipe dust from some place, basically a Universal Cloth!
I once visited a place on Canal Road, Faisalabad for a dinner. I noticed the condition of the server, dirty finger nails, he was busy brushing his hair with his fingers. I didn't want him to touch my rotis. Not that I am Uber-rich or stuff, it was plain Hygiene. I asked him to pack my food.
I wrapped the Rotis myself in a newspaper wrapper, told the Chef to put my Curry inside a plate and I brought it myself inside to the table. Then, the same server approached with my Salad and Raita. His fingers were literally inside the Raitah. That put me off.
Then he gave me a glass. His fingers were again, inside it. Then he took my cold rotis and brought me warm ones. Then I just left. Whilst I was paying, he was playing with his toes or cleaning them lol.
Now, I make my food at home. No matter if Local Dhaba or PC hotel w/e, their kitchens are usually a mess.
Subway on the other hand, I prefer that.
It's the way we grew up. On weddings, I've noticed that on a table for 5 persons, 10 sit there. They supply 5 glasses, 10 will drink from them. They are fine with it. I rather stay thirsty. Ahaaaaaan!
