AOA everyone.
there's good discussion going on here so I hopefully will get a solution to my problem.
I own a vitz 2012 model, bought it in 2014, which has a couple of issues which are worrying me.
1. I tune my car almost every 40 days to reduce the vibrations and to fix my fuel efficiency.
2. Ride was getting very bumpy, a minor puddle would give a worrysome shock to the steering wheel +
on full turn and then acceleration I used to hear a "karra karra" sound from the axel which you normally wouldve heard in a taxi.
What I've been doing:
1A oil change every 4-5k kilometers Caltex original 10-30w
1B Tuning;
Spark plug clean
Air filter clean
throttle body service
CAT converter service
(every 40 days)
CAT service with Acid
Fuel filter service
(every 2-3months...bcuz sometimes the normal tuning would only work for 15 days)
- I took it to a mechanic he said "the tire rod brushes have been F*d up"
fixed it...now the noise has been reduced, the steering wheel jerks have been reduced but the steering wheel has gotten very hard and the turn noise is still there.
the car is just 72k driven...im open to suggestions otherwise I have no option other than to sell it.
