Alhamdulillah...Finally Recovered my Stolen Car After 3 and Half Years!!
From Police Clearance to Court Clearance it was Very hectic and Persecuted... I was forced to give RISHWAT or NAZRAANA in Every step and on Every Table...tHE StOry Starts From Last wednesday when i received a call from anti car lifting squad,they asked about my cultus which was stolen in february 2014..I had forgotten the exact number but my Wife Had remembered n told me the right one.. in initial conversation they tried to astray me By Asking ULTAY SEEDHAY SAWAAL...k yeh Gari aap ne baich tou nahi di thi? ya company nay gari wapis tou nahi mangwa li thi??aap k pas Documents hain?? Jis banday se hum nay Gari Recover ki us k pas bhi saray Documents hain, Blah Blah... i said i am the owner of the car...i have all the Documents..why would company [[who is the owner of the car in excise papers and sold it later]] take my car into their custody or steal from my house in a cold nite...Khair after some arguments on phone we decided to meet next day as i was not in lahore then...Next day i went to police station along with my friend...he have the skills to negotiate and bargain with police...police Demanded 50 Thousand Rupees(Yes 50000) 33 Thousand per deal final hui...Gave 10 Thousand Advance...ASI told us to to pay 23 Thousand next day so ll he start the procedure... otherwise he shall not even talk to us...i paid 23000 very next day (friday). in next couple of days he checked the documents and verified them...This was the first stage...
Next round started on monday as i have to go to District court... met an ahalmd there,introduce myself,he demanded 2000 Rupees for the supurdari process...1700n mein done hua, i got police report from the police station and went back to court.. submitted the documents, judge gave his verdict to handover the vehicle to me and directed the petitoner(me) to submit surety bond worth 5 Lac.. yahan phir naya Rola...Judge ka Reader muker gya aur kaha k ye kaam 1700 wala nahi...5000 loon ga ya aap zamin lay aao(whom i had not) Khair buht tarlay minnat ker kay 2000 oer maan gya,,,agay judge ka order type kernay k liye stenographer nahi tha..sath wali court k steno k pas gaye k yar ye type ker do...he said 100 rupees lagain gay n i was shocked...Can u believe k he took 100 rupees in his court in front of all staff...lakin sath ye bhai kaha k zara chupaa ker do...order type ker k judge k pass gaye tou he rejected the draft by saying that it is not according to his judgement...itni dair mein court ka time END...youn Zalalat se Bhara pehla Din Comes to an end...
2nd day k liye Hamara tie up 11 Bajay ka hua,reader promised to handover the judgement in written form at that time,lakin mujh se aik blunder ye hua k mein nay saaray paisay pehlay hi day diye thay...next day gaya tou reader nay Taal Matole shuru ker di, phir stenographer k nakhray...Allah Allah ker k order type hua tou judge ghayab...at last 2 bajay order per court signature hue...MAGAR ab stamp lagwanay walay ki baari thi...he asked for his share...200 rupees day ker uska moun band kia...Got the court orders and got back to Police station at 2pm...Agay gaya tou Taala....talked to them on fone...unho nay kaha k world XI k matches ki wajah se security Duty per hain....Ab kal aana...Aur i was like what the hell is that...LOAt ker buddhu Gher ko aaye,2nd Day ends here.....
3rd Day i went to police station with my mechanic becoz aaj gari Handover hona thi Aur Gari ka haal koi nahi tha, we took petrol, battery and other things with us...appeared before SSp first in gulberg, gave 500 rupees to his reader for the clearance,then 1000 to reader to DSP for the final report and then 1000 Rupees to both Munshis of ACLS...and then 100 Rupees to Gate Wala so that he allows us to get out of the police station.... car luckily starts instantly,we examined the condition of the car, it was pathetic..CNG kit and cylinder was missing, audio tape n speakers were not there,ac compressor with whole setup n timing belt bhi gahyab...Fuel tank khali but lickily battery was working and radiator was there too...Car started at 4th or 5th attempt...and at last we came back at about 1pm...can u believe that my wallet emptied but they didnot stop n asking for more n more money...Gher k tamam rastay mein jitni Galiyan mujhe yaad thin sb ki sb day dali.... lakin Khair jaan chooti tou lako'n Paaye...
