If you want to use such connectors you need pins as well. Prefer aliexpress as vast variety available there with pins.

Can we use a jumper wire instead of a varistor in an LED bulb?

Why not a simple resistor?

I have done this before, my printer got fused and the same varistor was the cause due to voltage surge. I took the varistor to the parts shop, and they said no need to replace it, just put a jumper wire. I did that and its working.
Why a resistor? Won't it resist the current flowing? And how much ohms of resistor?

You can find this in market. But it has a different desi name. Or take the current one.
It actually surge protection. If voltages goes beyond the rating it will blow up.
Led should be connected with resistor.
Valve depends upon requirement. For example for small leds 1K quater watt resistor is enough.

Could anyone tell me of a good place (physical or online) to buy electronic components in Lahore?
Ex. Arduino boards, buck convertes, batteries, motors etc
I know of hall road but it's too far away from where I live so multiple trips aren't possible
Currently i rely on hallroad.org and epro.pk and buy online from them
Just wanted to know if there is any other option, if possible near the johar town area.

You can buy complete circuit from hall road.
Better buy Leds with on board regulators. And just connect supply 220v wires.
Was 35 rupees per piece for 12w.
