




TEHRAN -- Dena, the latest Iranian-built vehicle based on a
domestically-manufactured platform, featuring the latest European safety standards, was unveiled on Saturday, IRNA reported.
Iran Khodro Company’s managing director Javad Najmeddin said the new vehicle is an advanced model and is up to par with Euro 4 air pollution standards, Mehr news agency reported.
Prior to this, IKCO had produced another all-Iranian car named Runna. It was unveiled two years ago.
Iran Khodro Company designed and manufactured the car and owns its intellectual property.
The Miniator, which is fully designed and manufactured by the company’s engineers using only domestically built parts.
Syria, Iraq, Algeria, Libya, Venezuela, Egypt, Nigeria as well as other countries are the main destinations for Iranian cars.
