Yaar honestly, i think yes. City has been the same for the past 10 years. I think its an upgrade. Hondas build quality has gone down drastically so whether you buy a civic city or brv, quality issues remain. I so far, havent found any major issues with brv. There is door rattling but it can be fixed by the dealership (they change the rubber channels under warranty). There was an issue about seats rattling too, that too can be fixed by the body shop department. Engine wise koi issues nahi hain like civic main there have been EPS failure, condensor failure, battery failures etc. You get an airbag in brv which is very important in my opinion. Plus, its not like atlas honda designed this brv. Its the same everywhere in the world. Brv is not underpowered as some people say, its just the rubber band effect of cvt. Also, cvt is way more advanced than prosmatic. So yes in my opinion it will be an upgrade.
