These are two different segment vehicles. Above discussion is based on racing and for this purpose you need Ferrari or Lamborghini. Overtaking on motorway is not a problem for any new car because speed limit is 120km/h and all new cars can do more than that.
BRV is a crossover and good in ground clearance with 7 seats (Seats are smaller than normal not good for big people). Altis is a normal commute car with 5 seats (Seats are big and comfortable).
You should know your preferences.

congrats! I have a q about the driver seat. How far back can you move it? Can it be moved back the same as the passenger seat?

brv-s that comes with height adjuster, the driver seat doesnt move that far back in comparison to the passenger seat.

Yes the driver seat can be moved back at the same position as passenger seat.

You should try lowering the seat.

I dont have it, family friend has it. But I found it really uncomfortable as I couldn't move it back that much even at the lowest position, legs were cramped. I guess the heat adjuster on the brv-s restricts movement. In any case height adjuster in my case was useless, steering ended up being in an extremely awkward position.
