Both variants are CVT.. there is no manual for Pakistani market.

Well written I agree that this practice if selling a product without letting the customer see it first is not right. I am also confident that most of these initial purchases are by hoarders who want to charge premiums. Only a few genuine users end up buying without seeing.

On Indian fuel economy cycle.. it's 16kmpl.. for CVT.. but again it might be lower in real life conditions.

Fazal Bhai i just read about WR-V ......was WR-V not a better option for Pakistan instead of BR-V...because it would have been much cheaper.....1.2 L engine......higher ground clearance?????

Fazal Bhai there should be some mechanism for collecting funds and taking these big corporate companies to court for these un-ethical practices on Pakwheels.......or some way to communicate our concerns to the concerned departments in the Govt hierarchy............petition.org kind of thing.......

Thats for sure it is not about getting money from people on the name of pre booking.. It is more to judge the market demand and production. Atlas is public limited.. they have enough cash, they even had a great last year with profit in billions pkr. Any manufacturer/business would loved to get full payment and deliver the product asap

How about displaying it first on showrooms floor and then making pre bookings.. and not holding 40 % of car value as non refundable for any buyer if delivery past 90 days. Saturday pre bookings are now slated to end August.

Yes Atlas has a lot of money..as cash but not sitting in vault.. it's invested and companies are always on hunt to bring in more cash.

It is confirmed that Atlas has not started any production yet.. so how one can bound someone into forced translation.

I am sure.. no sane buyer will book without seeing it. Most of these initial booking are for sure investors.. holding on to these cars and selling on illegal premium.. it's like selling in black and we all know dealers are involved.
