there are 2 variants i-vtec and i-vtec S . the S variant have navigation and rev cam where as it is optional in i-vtec

Yes, navigation is present.No confirmation about back camera, but a good camera cost just Rs. 1000 so I guess it should come with it. But only the top of the line version.

Yes Honda uses the term Prosmetic for its traditional automatic transmission. CVT is different as it uses some sort of pulley system & is more powerful & fuel efficient. As per Google "Unlike traditional automatic and manual transmission setups, the continuously variable transmission does not have fixed gear ratios. This is replaced by a two-pulley system that is adjustable and allows for an infinite number of gear ratios that can be set at very small increments".
In Pakistan I think it was initially introduced in Honda city 2003 (Vario)- the car I still own, but was discounted by the general public because of compatibility issues with CNG- the fuel of choice at that time. But with acceptance of automatic transmission in General public, it has been reintroduced in the latest Civic & now BRV. Toyota has also make it available in the top of the line Grande model.

It's a shame though . In Japan even cars with 660 cc have cvt while here in pak if you buy a car of more then 25 lakh .only then you get it

On the brighter side, if God forbid something happens to one's CVT tran, one can easier get it replaced in about 20k because of availability of Japanese used ones, as compared to earlier times when the replacement caused around 200K to 300K.
But I do agree that Pakistani assembled vehicles should have it. A wagon R with CVT with a price bracket of around 1.2 million can destroy the market of small segment imported JDM (80% accidental junk)

1- CVT is the most efficient in terms of fuel economy but not necessarily a pleasure to drive as you do not feel the gear change (there are no gears, but a pulley mechanism). Most people find rubber band effect quite annoying where you are pushing the accelerator but the car is not responding in that proportion.
2- There is usually a Sports or S mode in the CVT transmission which simulates the gear change but then it does not remain economical
3- Usually CVT based cars make a lot of noise and engines are always in high rev state and have to work hard to get it going. ( This is true when you are pushing the car to accelerate)
4- Enthusiasts in Pakistan, who love to race using these normal road cars and who think all bottom tier cars/ entry level cars are sports cars, will not like CVT.

The delivery time is Nov end to Dec which I think is artificially created due to supply chain rather the demand etc

They will be happy to keep everybody money till then . Interest and riba money going into their profit . Their is hadees on it .let me quote it for you .

Just to add spice to the topic, CVT was first introduced in formula 1 & was latter banned due to drivers gaining too much of an advantage. That said & done, the Pakistani drivers perhaps have some different sensational sense for racing​🤣
