Alloy wheels for Suzuki Mehran..With general 145 size Tyre

Hi All
I have a Suzuki Mehran 2008, . I am thinking of buying alloy wheels.
Currently tyre size is default one 145. My query is that should i go for 12 inch alloy along with default general 145 size tyre. I hope it doesn't effect the car and looks good. Regarding Tyres i am thinking not to change them because i am short of budget.
Please suggest me for Alloys. I want to get good rims in Rawalpindi/Isb (not chines one). Suggestion for good sale point is appreciated.

i have recently change my rims in mehran from chah sultan but in the market there are only chinese rims available ... some people may say they are from taiwan and will tell u just 1 or 2 thousand more rate but everything is china especially new ... u will get genuine rims only of kabli or may be from some imported car which were used one off course but if even if u finds new genuine one ,it will cost you more atleast 1/5 of the cost of your vehicle

If ur going for alloys then buy 155 70 R 12
