Alpine Type-R 15" Subwoofer *New-Unused*

I asked my cousin to bring these for me from US. Till today they have just been lying in my closet, as they are TOO big for my car, if I make a meaningful box for them.

I have TWO of these.

These are Alpine Type-R, SWR-1521D

You can google for specs,
Some websites put it as 500watts RMS, and others rate it as 750watts RSM

They are usually under rated hence you will see 500watts... Many ppl up on car audio forums, are driving them at 500-700Watts.

Coming back, they are NEW, but without any box. There is no wear or tear or any signs of ever being installed.

I will let go of these babies at Rs.15,000 each.

Yep these are @ 2ohms.

If you are going to use a Mono Bloc to drive ir, then you'll need a 4Ohm mono, to drive a 2 Ohm x 2DVC sub like this.

If your mono 8 ohm and rated at 1500watts rms, then u can drive two such subs.

these are gen 1 rated at 500 rms. gen 2 are with the wavy type surround and are rated at 750 rms. BOL for sale
