Dont have superman X Ray vision, sorry. Cannot see what's wrong with it, with the cover on :D.

Usually- the bearing goes bad or it needs to be rewinded.

If it's a Toyota or Nissan engine one, cheapest is to get it repaired.

Bro wt else can be wrong , its Pakistan ppl take thr cars to service station n asked them Full Service pani diseal mar k, that alternative must be water and oil many times as a result its now weak

agr carby ha tw usma aik screw hta ha electric load pr rpm adjust krny ka, get it checked.
