Alternative ECU to enhance features

have any member tried to get alternative ECU to ehance drive asst featrues of vezel
Like new civic 2022 got a lot of good features if some how civic ecu software can be installed on vezel ?

I recently Swapped ECU in my civic to get paddle shifters and cruise control features
Updating the ECU software was a possibility but cheaper option was to just swape the ECU to new one
