wont compare with "my cultus" because its an entire different league, comparing 9 year old carby car with a 2005 jap alto.. but if i have to compare it with newer cultus i would go for the alto (Y) because of all those features that i already mentioned while cultus doesnt even offer a single one of them! the advantage of having a cultus (im talking about my car specifically) is its cheaper maintenance and frequent availability of spares, while the advantage of rear split seats in cultus while alto has a full fold seat. but then again it depends on the trim you have, there are altos with back wiper as well!
the mileage mentioned is ofcourse in city driving, since its 660cc and efi, its very very fuel efficient!
and im too happy with my cultus cause i paid only 4 and a half lac for it... even 6.5 lac was too much for a cultus while i would never ever prefer a cultus with the price tag what it bears today, almost 10 lac for a cultus is sheer insanity and nothing else
and if u observe, the design cues are very much similar to the new swift..
