it is an underwarranty issue and shall be addressed with the respective dealership. keep track of name & job dates and write an email to indus with issue high lighted mentioning dealership mess. keep track , always mention your invoice no & date to ensure Indus knows which dealership is doing hanky panky with the customer. do not let any other workshop do any work but the Toyota dealership.
it is a front end issue and i suspect the whole front end ( gad-ri aka cross member ) is mis-aligned with the engine / transmission mounts & top insulators of front shock-absrobers. a close inspection can reveal cracked insulators and engine . transmission mounts.
