Altis 1.6 Headlight Halogen Bulb replacement

Hi friends.
I am not satisfied with the performance of Altis 1.6 low beam halogen headlights, I really want some more light out of it, because nowadays everyone is using high beams and HID, which can blind the other drivers.,
I would like to upgrade to Philips 5000K Diamond Vision Bulbs. will there be any difference from stock halogens?
If someone has experience, let me know,
OR suggest me, what to upgrade to get better visibility at night without any harm to other drivers.

Yes there will be a difference. Osram nightbreakers, Phillips crystal vision, rally vision etc. are great bulbs.
