I have an Altis 2007. I need get some bright bulbs for it. What should I use? HID, Halogen or LED?

Also, let me know the suggestion of brand whatever you suggest and let me know if they're even compatible with it.

Low is 9006 (hb4)
High is 9005 (hb3)
