auto or manual?
for an auto it should return slightly above 10km/l ( 400KM for 37 liters of regular fuel) with moderate driving pattern (ECT PWR mode kept of) all time AC on and some idling.
please check and re assess your filling station, try TOTAL (avoid shell)
195/65/15 profile is acceptable, don't go above that. keep the wheels aligned and balanced.
20W-50 also works okay, however 10W-40 helps gain a bit on fuel consumption.
