Is it normal to get 7-9KM/liter fuel average within the city with the light foot?

Mileage: 80k KM.
So far tried:

• Catalytic Convertor Cleaning
• Spark Plugs
• Throttle Body Cleaning
• All Fluids Changed, and Regularly Maintained

Update Reason: After using the car for few months, it ranges between 7 to 9.

do you have vehicle maintenance history available from previous owner. what is engine oil grade used by last owner.
before doing anything else go for engine compression test, and transmission fluid / Filter change.

Doesn't matter.
I get 9km/l with heavy foot and 12km/l with light foot on a 5w50 within city. 5w50 is recommended in the owners manual and by IMC.
He needs to check catcon, spark plugs and change cvt fluid.

No I cannot as I lost it. Revised owner's manual is of Grande X, and it clearly states that.

Try to negotiate a but bring him to 58 would be good. If he is not coming down then still a good price as I have heard that price may increase any time.
