Altis Grande Engine pick problem

AoA Everyone i hope everyone is doing fine
So guy I bought a Altis grande 2017 facelift model used driven 95k and after getting it right away I changed all the fluids , plugs ,filters etc ,cvt oil from Toyota dealrship,even got the cat cleaned .Toyota poured in 20w50 talgon by insisting they know what to do. So the issue is when on small steeps the car won't go up easily neither in d or even after reving up full. Plus I've noticed when you are going on high speed and take off foot from acceleration the rpm gets stuck at 2000 and the engine makes noise likes stuck or blocked.Even when trying to drive it a bit fast you can feel like engine is not breathing all the way dont wanna go directly to dealrship as I've been scamed by both dealrship in my city many times and both of them are scammers they always make a bill of 90k ready once I went in for some noise in my car they did everything and handed me a bill of 90k but still the noise was still there so I took it to local mechanic afterwards and found out all it needed was a rod for 2k and noise was gone so I wanted to ask for help here first so someone could guide and save me from them scaming me up .I'm from Quetta btw maybe if someone knows any good mechanic around here.Plus its giving a bad fuel average of 7.5 to 8 here in local without ac.Thanks in advance for reading

Wld never have re calibrated the cvt after the oil change

Throw out tgat 20w50 ASAP, it will damage the engine and if possible, bang some sense in their heads. 5w30 is recommended for 2zrfe. Recalibrate CVT transmission, I hope the CVT fluid level was set as per the factory spec and not put in "hazb e zaiqa".

The problem was there and when I asked him he said he will do a computer check gear reset and it was gone after reset but the problem is back after few months again and I don't wanna go back to those scammers without do some research on it and any idea that can I get it done by some locals out there the recalibration and also what brand oil do you guys recommend pouring in

Cant recommend a mechanic as not from your city. Wait for Quetta members to give their input. Regarding engine oil, use Caltex havoline 5w30 (available on Daraz aswell) or Toyota 5w30.

Sure thing just checked the prices of the mentioned oil today with filter it would cost me around like 9k.Is there anyway to share to share a video regarding the rpm stuck or should I upload it on YouTube and send the link here

When you stop the acceleration the rpm remains stuck around 2000 for some time and engine voice feels like its kinda stuck at the same high rpm ,one point according to one local "ustad" switch to manual and switch back to d and it kinda fixes the rpm and the voice when doing the ustad wala trick when I had a gear reset from Toyota according to them this issue was gone for a while after the oil change of gear oil

when you accelerate grande aggressively
throttle remains sticky for few seconds even if you leave the foot off the accelerator and then returns to normal

Use 5w30 oil, get from caltex flagship store at daraz. That's your major problem at the moment.
Also, That's normal behavior of cvt if you floor it and lift of the foot from the throttle, it will keep rpm high for a while as it knows that you need more power. It will come back to normal in few seconds if you're not flooring. If the rpm gets stuck at 2000 and won't go up no matter how much you floor it till you turn it off then your car is going into limp mode, and it's another issue.

Never ever floor a cvt transmission car if you have changed oil by opening its oil chamber (dealerships do that), or if you have opened its axle.
You have to drive slowly and carefully for next 200kms otherwise you will be having chain and pulleys in your hands and out of the gearbox.

Point noted usually i don't floor it all the way just the normal city drive and this video was made after like 3000 km driven plus I got the oil from Caltex today from their authorised dealer here and went for change but sadly according to them they said that the filter is tightened up badly by toyota tried 2 workshop and same reason was stated by them I asked them to let it be I'm gonna take the oil and ask the dealrship to change it for me and sorry I don't have any knowledge of how did that cvt oil change I thought maybe they are authorised dealrships they know what to do but was surprised there is no difference in them or locals out there learnt it hard way that doing alot of homework on it first and then going to mechanics to save yourself from jugar

Always buy havoline from caltex flagship store at daraz. It's 100% authentic. Many local dealers and distributors sell fake oil.
Cartridge will break now once you open it. So it's better to buy a new one before opening this.
Stop going to this Toyota and find a good mechanic in your city. Always get the work done in front of you.

Sadly have tried everywhere here in quetta either they mess your whole car up or either they fix have tried multiple mechanics in hope of finding someone skillful here in my city hoping if someone here in pakwheels can recommend me someone that is skilled and trusted.Yea I feel like I'll be needing a new cartridge he gave me a piece of plastic while forcing it and I stopped him at that moment he was like filter yahi rehna dain oil change kar leta hain and I was like bhai bas chor do ap sa nahi ho raha. For daraz they said they would be restocking it but no idea when so I went on their page and searched for their authorised dealer here

The broken plastic piece was due to wrong tool being used. Unlike metal filters, plastic filter casing should not be grabbed via tool from the edge and rather a special tool is required to be used which is deep enough to grab the grooves specically designed to unscrew it.
Also, toyota dealerships sadly dont torque filter housing and drain bolt via torqur wrench, rather the technician calls it tight once he has put his max strength.
I am not sure if the metal filter casing (such as used in 1krfe) is compatible with 2ZRFE, if so, that would be a better replacement.

I figured it out and I've tried all the well knows workshops here and all tried everything in the end they said take it to toyota who has done that.My question is : any idea how much does this cartridge cost I've seen it on pakwheels autostore and there its costs around 1k something ofcoure from their dealership I can only imagine how much it would cost but t is there any difference in going with their genuine or the ones sold outside and which filter should I go with the one which I got for 600 which is sold outside as genuine or from dealership at this point I feel like I'm living in a village and asking for mechanics and I'm very thankful for you all helping me hopefully on Saturday ill get the oil changed cause Friday is holiday here

Get installed oil filter housing of old model corolla easily available from old parts market and use spin on type oil filter (Regular oil filter instead of paper element).
