The dent can be fixed with a push of a hand. The only think you will have to live with is the small dings on the line.
Or else get it dented / painted just the lower part. Since it's a white color a good painter can match and paint only the damaged area. Keeping genuinatity intact.
Or else you can look for a contact in a insurance company maybe they can hook you up with a new door from a totalled car.
