AoA! For a complete reliable family sedan considering better fuel efficiency.Is Altis Sr 1.6 manual is better than rebirth 1.8 manual? You are requested to give your precious opinion.Thank you.

Why would you buy a manual in 21st century.. unless into motorsports.

Manual will give perhaps 1-2km/L more than auto.

Among these 1.8 rebirth will likely give better average and a Grande will be slightly better than rebirth.

Just trying to save from a lot of driving hassle and poor resale later..

Of course there are exceptions and people who can’t live without a manual. If that is the case sure.

But brother here mentioned fuel economy which is not a factor at all between choosing automatic and manual as the difference is negligible to none.

Depends on your own preferences,
You will need to decide if you can trade-off better road grip, better handling in favour of soft-leaf-like comfortable suspension, and lesser suspension maintenance cost then go with Altis.
Not sure if rebirth has really better fuel economy than Altis. My Rebirth gives me 12-14 kmpl in the city and 15-17 kmpl with AC on long route depending on the drive.
