Alto 660cc gear oil change

Hello,

My Alto 660cc AGS was delivered in October 2019 and somehow it's public news that they were pouring SAE 90w gear oil in the car at that time instead of the recommended 75w - can anyone confirm this bit of information?

Anyways, for this reason I better get my gear oil changed. My car is currently around 6000kms driven and of the gear oils available in the market, I believe ZIC 75w-85 would be a suitable match but it's specifically said that it's for front wheel drives so not sure whether it'll play well with the Alto.

Any suggestions?

I want to bump this thread because i'm facing the same issue. Can't seem to find any suitable 75W gear oild for the AGS

If you are in Karachi then visit or consult with "Carachi Motor Company" an authorised Suzuki dealership , they are using ZIC Hi Flo transmission oil for alto 660 cc, its been more than a year, no complaint reported.
