Alto 660cc japanese

Aoa, i have japanese alto 660cc with k6a engine ,recently took its catalytic converter and made it free flow, and now my car vibrates alot on cold start and when put in reverse or drive mode , checked its coild and spark plugs they are ok
Dont know what problem does it have

No it had a little vibration before the removal of cat

Then something else is causing it and needs to be diagnosed. Are there any other issues, mileage perhaps?

No other issues works fine after temperature goes to normal
Vibrates on cold start and when started rpm dosnt goes above 1k as it should go

Your auto choke is malfunctioning. Needs to diagnosed

Visited a couple of mechanics most of them said that the engine valves needs to be changes
What do u say about this?

Bro my car's (K6A) catalytic converter net has been already broken but I am also facing the same issue, crazy vibrates, cold start, abnormal accelerator. Engine starts with missing and then rmp goes upto 2.5k to 3k while driving. Car average is 8KM/ Litre.

I am based in Karachi and mechanics are making me fool. Changed engine assembly, injectors, coils, plugs. The problem remains the same. Now I am thinking of installing catalytic converter. Would that make any difference?

Why did you change assembly..... This is an electronic fault, sensor based

Do not remove Catalytic Converter at any cost. Re-install it new one if you already lost it
