Alto AGS upshift issue

I have an Alto VXL 2021

Since yesterday, the transmission or the actuator is not working properly, in the normal D mode the car is not upshifting so I have to switch to manual mode to make the upshifts and downshifts are lagging response.

From 3rd to 2nd gear, it normally shfits very quickly, however now it takes it time and only when I'm close to a standstill does it come to 2nd and then 1st gear and so on. Otherwise, normal downshifts from high speed are going fine.

Should I be worried about the transmission blowing? or is it the actuator thats now faulty and isnt upshifting properly.

Should I do the actuator oil change by myself or visit the dealership first or some mechanic intervention

If anyone has faced the same problems kindly share your details aswell and provide solutions and suggestions

There could be multiple issues but the main issues could be:

1)AGS actuator oil needs replacement
2) Change the gear oil if required.
3) scan the car with scan tool.
3) There is a process done by scan tool called "Gear learnig process". it is done simply by connecting launch or anytoher scan tool which have suzuki alto software. it simply does instruct the ecu to shift gears as per factory specs.

but beware before doing the ECU gear learn. disconnect the battery terminals for at least 30 mins
disconnect the ags actuator cable also for the same period of time.

reconnect both and do gear learn. hope it will gets betters. but remember the ags gear learn has to be done after doing step 1,2 & 3.
