Alto Carburetor rebuild DIY

Today i rebuild My vxr carburetor as it was giving problems in petrol..like starting problem, idling problem
fuel mixture, the acelerator pump leaking..
i bought the rebuild kit Rs 900..
& replace all the gaskets, diaphragms; needles & jets which were available in the kit.
the float chamber valve was also faulty..which is also replaced..

this is the first time i did the carburetor rebuild. i was suppose to take pictures from start to end but
as i got busy i forgot..so here are some pics attached...

for those who own alto vxr ..if u have problems in petrol thats not solving...then replacing kit is the solution.
as mine is now working perfectly in petrol.

well before rebuild, engine was jerky & making bad smell in petrol.plus when i press the accelerator it was giving black smoke but now it is throwing water on idle,shows that mixture is ideal....
regarding millage i have'nt check it on long route like motorways..as i live in peshawar & cng is avalaible so i only starts in petrol
in morning. in that case it was drinking almost Rs 300 per week (only starting) & around 8-10 km on motorway
now i m sure it will give at least 12 -13 km on long routes

for those who own alto vxr ..if u have problems in petrol thats not solving...then replacing kit is the solution.
as mine is now working perfectly in petrol.
