Non Turbo would be cheaper and I would suggest to go for the non-Turbo version and you won't find mechanics for it nor a good engine (exception only if you get a Kei Sport or Cervo nose cut)
There are actually two types of engines available in the market both are K6a non-Turbo the difference is in the technology. The one I installed is the first gen K6a which comes in the same shape as our PKDM Altos and is a bolt on fit, then comes the second gen which comes in the JDM Altos you see (also called chand Alto by mechanics) it has a plastic in valve instead of the silver and sensor race pedal instead of the wired one and a few other tweaks to give better fuel economy but its not a bolt on fit and you would need a few alteration here and there to get it fit plus its a bit more expensive (around 10k)
I haven't sold the CNG kit as its not going for good here in RWP/ISB, would try to sell it out in KPK
I paid 40k for the engine, transmission, wiring, fuel pump (worth around 5k), axels (around 3k), radiator (around 5k) and gave away my old stuff (which was not in good condition) do the math :). I had known the mechanic so got a cheaper rate, you may get the same around 45k giving away the old stuff.
