Alto VXL AGS 2024 Steering Noise

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a clicking noise in my Suzuki Alto 2024 AGS, especially noticeable on rough roads. The car has only 5000 km on the odometer.

I visited the dealership and they said it's “normal” and present in all Alto AGS models. They also pointed out some play in the steering column rod, which they claimed is expected.

However, I’m not satisfied with the explanation and would like your opinion.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Is it really normal, or should I push for a fix under warranty?

Definitely not normal, have owned 4 of these cars, the only thing normal is the shift jerk in 2nd gear and bad rear bushes.

which rear bushes? what kind of noise it generate?

Metal on metal kind of a sound, or like blown shocks, when at speed and the car goes over a bump or dip in the road.
